Responsibilities

Leading the Sales Cycle: Own and manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing deals, and account management
Developing Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting key segments: Auto Dealers, Online Auto Portals, Car Buying Apps, Rental Car Companies, Automotive OEMs (Tier 1), and Marketing Companies
Building Client Relationships: Identify and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives within prospective and existing client organizations
Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and deliver regular performance reports to management
Presenting Value-Driven Solutions: Collaborate with our technical and creative teams to understand client needs and present compelling, bespoke interactive media solutions that deliver measurable ROI
Client Growth: Manage key client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Market Leadership: Represent izmostock at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build our brand presence and generate new leads

Required

Bachelor's degree (additional degrees are a plus)
7-10 years of progressive sales experience within an Interactive Media Company, Interactive Studio, or Interactive Technology Company
Demonstrable experience selling to Tier 1 Automotive OEMs and/or major Automotive Marketing Agencies, with established C-level executive contacts being a must
Proven success in selling online marketing services with interactive media components
Strong understanding of the RFP/Proposal process and experience with complex contract negotiation
In-depth knowledge of Interactive Media, Online Marketing, and Web Technologies
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent reporting and forecasting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Deep understanding of the automotive industry landscape and buying processes
Knowledge of stock imagery, interactive media, and digital marketing solutions
Experience with RFP processes and contract management
Familiarity with automotive dealer operations and OEM marketing requirements
