This leadership role requires deep experience in digital health platforms, AWS cloud architecture, and healthcare IT modernization, where the successful candidate will shape the technical direction of healthcare IT and digital health solutions.

Responsibilities
Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy to modernize healthcare IT platforms and digital health solutions
Design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions on AWS and other leading cloud platforms
Integrate data across EHR/EMR systems, wearables, telehealth, and patient engagement platforms to improve digital health outcomes
Mentor, coach, and develop cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence
Implement interoperability and data governance standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, HITRUST)
Lead efforts in AI/ML, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to enable smarter, data-driven decision-making
Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor offerings to accelerate healthcare platform modernization
Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure solution performance, scalability, and business impact
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, data solutions, or healthcare IT
Proven expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, etc.) and modern cloud-native design patterns
Strong background in digital health systems such as telehealth, wearable integrations, remote patient monitoring, and engagement platforms
Track record of modernizing legacy healthcare IT platforms to cloud-native, scalable architectures
Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading technical teams
Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, FHIR, HL7)
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field required
