Responsibilities
Receive, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into accounting software, matching them with purchase orders (POs)
Prepare and execute timely payments (checks, wires, ACH) and manage payment schedules
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, short payments, or overpayments
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain organized files for invoices, POs, and approvals, ensuring compliance
Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
Provide documentation for internal and external audits
Qualification
Required
