IHMVCU is seeking a Branch Supervisor with a passion for building professional and personable relationships with members and team members. The role involves managing branch operations and providing coaching and support to team members while ensuring exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

Making sure the branch operations are running smoothly such as: vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine, etc
Develop Universal Tellers and work to ensure that they feel informed about the policies, procedures and other relevant topics
Consistent one on one and observation coaching, along with motivating and energizing the team to be successful
Productively manage multiple tasks/projects at once and being adaptable within a fast-paced environment

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent, additional education in finance, business or related field is a plus
Prior leadership within a financial institution, customer service or retail environment preferred
Strong history of proven relationship building performance
Exceptional member service, problem solving and decision-making skills
Professional interpersonal communications and ability to motivate and coach the team
Known to be reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations
