Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, including partnerships and S-Corps
Provide tax planning services to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings
Conduct thorough research on tax issues and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Assist clients with tax-related inquiries and provide guidance on financial decisions affecting their tax situations
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized tax strategies tailored to their specific needs and goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices in the industry
Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and representing clients when needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in tax preparation and planning, preferably in a public accounting environment
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
