Responsibilities

Assure the highest clinical standards are practiced in caring for patients
Accountability in quality assurance, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Assist in bringing together quality and patient outcomes for the provision of care
Ensure clinical strategies and goals of PPG are aligned with those of Parkview Health
Serve as a liaison for activities between clinical and non-clinical coworkers
Provide excellent service to customers
Utilize critical thinking, troubleshoot problems, and resolve or direct problems to the appropriate individual
Perform as a key member of the team and complete tasks including testing and training as assigned
Be a source of knowledge and assistance

Qualification

Healthcare experienceNursing licenseMicrosoft programsEPIC knowledgeCommunication skills

Required

Must be a graduate of a school of nursing or a have Bachelor's degree in a health care related field
Minimum 4 years healthcare experience
Current valid state license required if RN or LPN; or current valid certification appropriate for field of study
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer-based programs
Proven ability to provide direction that fulfills the mission and goals of PPG and PH

Preferred

Working knowledge of EPIC
