Responsibilities

Perform sustainment, maintenance, and engineering support for a large, complex, and highly resilient IP voice and video communications infrastructure

Manage, configure, troubleshoot, and ensure service availability across voice, video, and data networks

Conduct system maintenance, support capacity planning, and execute configuration changes with proper documentation

Configure calling search spaces, route plans, route partitions, route lists, and device profiles

Configure and support Cisco and/or Juniper routing and switching devices

Support distributed firewall infrastructure and security‑driven network architectures

Provide input toward technical policy development, work instructions, and enterprise reporting

Analyze and resolve complex SIP signaling, call‑flow, registration, signaling, and media path issues

Validate change requests and ensure accuracy and compliance

Perform advanced fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers, call handlers, routing rules, and network devices

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and PMO teams to support high‑visibility requirements across a global enterprise environment
