Calibration Engineer
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Calibration Engineer to join their Vehicle Propulsion Systems Engineering team, dedicated to developing calibrations for drivability, emissions, and OBD attributes. The role involves testing, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with standards in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deliver production-ready calibrations for drivability, emissions, and OBD attributes on IC and hybrid powertrains
Perform in-vehicle and lab testing, collect and analyze calibration data, and resolve issues
Document and present calibration results to program stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory, performance, safety, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum of 2 years (preferred 5) direct, hands-on engine or hybrid calibration experience in drivability, emissions, or OBD
Strong proficiency in calibration tools and data analysis, such as ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, MATLAB/Simulink
Proven experience conducting on-road and test-cell calibration work
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Preferred
Experience with data acquisition and data analysis
Hands-on background in developing and delivering drivability, emissions, and OBD calibrations
Experience supporting testing at domestic proving grounds
