Responsibilities
Understand customer expectations and ensure each product meets or exceeds quality standards
Pick, inspect, box, label, and seal finished parts
Operate grinders and remove scrap as needed
Monitor and replace plastic rolls to keep production moving
Support a culture of continuous improvement and pride in craftsmanship
Qualification
Required
A strong work ethic

A team-first attitude
Preferred
A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required
Prior experience in quality or manufacturing is a plus
