Responsibilities
Process and validate US payroll for approximately 2,000 salaried employees
Ensure accuracy in employee records, tax withholdings, and deductions
Collaborate with the existing payroll team (3 US-based and 1 international member) to maintain compliance and timely processing
Reconcile payroll data, run reports, and resolve discrepancies
Support audits and respond to employee payroll inquiries as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) payroll processing
Strong understanding of US payroll laws and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently with minimal training
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
