Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities
Analyze and improve business processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Collaborate with facilities engineers to plan new production lines and factories
Support Manufacturing Engineers in developing standards and measuring performance
Generate production process simulations and identify resource constraints, flow improvements, and work schedules
Provide data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing schedules and costs
Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure sustained results
Interact directly with shop floor production teams to understand processes and deliver actionable insights
Support occasional weekend or off-hour operations to meet production schedules
Collaborate across all functional groups throughout the product lifecycle
Align program priorities and provide valuable solutions across multiple organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in planning, launching, and ramping new production lines or factories
Leadership experience, including team management and conflict resolution
Familiarity with SAP, Apriso, VECAMS, Tableau, Simio, or other simulation/data tools
Ability to increase production rates while maintaining quality and efficiency
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with Production Operations and Program Offices
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Prior production experience or involvement in new production programs
Active Secret security clearance
