Responsibilities

Coordinate studies from start-up through close-out
Determine eligibility of and gather consent from study participants according to protocol. Assist in developing recruitment strategies
Collect and manage functional magnetic resonance imaging and related assessments for participants in precision medicine in mental health and neuroimaging studies
Manage pre-and post-data collection aspects of the project, including managing project activities through REDCap and completing study documents and forms
Ensure compliance with research protocols, review and audit study forms for completion and accuracy with source documents. Prepare regulatory submissions and ensure Institutional Review Board renewals are completed
Monitor expenditures related to project activities
Serve as primary contact with research participants, funders, and regulatory agencies

Required

Bachelor's degree in the fields of Biology, Psychology or Neurosciences
Experience as a research assistant, lab assistant, or intern
Experience acquiring and/or preprocessing fMRI data
Knowledge of human subjects research regulations (IRB, informed consent, HIPAA)
Experience with REDCap database systems
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Collaborative team player
Two year college degree and two years related work experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of related education and relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Medical terminology

Preferred

Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification
