Responsibilities
Maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure (voice, data, fiber, wireless/cellular)
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
Support SIEM tools, security monitoring, incident response
Perform infrastructure assessments and recommend improvements
Support data center operations, server patching, capacity planning
Manage backup systems and contribute to disaster recovery planning/testing
Support virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and system administration tasks
Document infrastructure processes, diagrams, and configurations
Qualification
Required
Network operations: LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, routing/switching
Voice/Data/Fiber/Wireless networking
Cybersecurity: firewall, endpoint security, SIEM monitoring
Disaster recovery / business continuity practices
Virtualization: VMware / Hyper-V
Windows/Linux server administration
Preferred
Government or County-level infrastructure experience
Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Security+, Network+, Azure/AWS certs
Experience working in large organizations / enterprise environments
