Responsibilities

Integrate AI-driven design tools and automation platforms (e.g., XMPie) into workflows to improve personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance

Create high-quality digital and print marketing assets from concept to execution, including websites, social media, online ads, and branded content (animated/live-action video)

Deliver precise, pixel-perfect production work across all channels and formats

Design and build content within flexible systems to support personalized marketing programs and experiences

Independently resolve design and production challenges using creativity and resourcefulness

Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business objectives into impactful design solutions that drive results

Work closely with Art Directors, Writers, UX Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences

Present design concepts and rationale clearly, fostering constructive feedback and collaboration

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in design, AI, and automation
