Responsibilities
Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Own and analyze P&L performance, providing insights and recommendations
Partner with operations and senior leadership to drive financial results
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Support month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Develop and mentor finance team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive finance experience
Prior supervisory or people management experience
Strong proficiency in SAP
Advanced Excel skills
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise
Preferred
Hospitality, retail, or foodservice industry experience highly preferred
