Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and energy from check-in to check-out
Guide clients through their appointment and ensure they feel welcomed and pampered
Serve complimentary beverages with a smile
Educate and sell Drybar memberships, products, and tools
Rebook appointments at checkout while addressing clients by name
Turn challenges into wins by resolving guest concerns with a client-first mindset
Use Booker (POS system) to manage appointments and update client profiles
Optimize daily and ongoing appointment flow to support business needs
Answer phones, texts, and voicemails promptly and professionally
Communicate with stylists to keep the day running smoothly
Maintain front desk and shop cleanliness; keep retail and beverage areas stocked
Handle payments with integrity and balance cash drawers accurately
Set the tone for a fun, positive shop atmosphere—like you’re hosting a party
Train and support new Bartenders
Attend mandatory team meetings and share ideas
Arrive on time, ready, and engaged for every shift
