Provides Tiers 1 and 2 support on business applications
Partners with the business and technical staff to support end users and customers
Qualification
Required
A degree in information technology or a related field is required
0-2 years of business application technical support experience is preferred
Proven experience supporting mission-critical applications
Basic knowledge of Windows desktop, server operating system, and relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
Understanding systems and becoming a subject matter expert of certain applications is highly desired
Proficient in Google platform (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
Effective Communicator: You possess strong communication skills and can build and maintain a culture of trust and respect
Team Oriented: You can embrace the ideas of others (even if they conflict with your own) for the sake of the Company
Self-motivated: You can work with a minimum amount of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks proactively
Passionate: You must be passionate about online collaboration and ensuring our clients are successful
Analytical: You use logical reasoning and data to build conclusions, recommendations, and reporting
Should have Technical Support Experience
Should have support experience in English and Spanish languages
Preferred
0-2 years of business application technical support experience is preferred
