Responsibilities
Guide multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions aligned with organizational goals
Drive technical excellence
Champion engineering principles
Manage project priorities
Ensure InfoSec compliance
Foster collaboration
Continuous improvement
Transparent reporting of key engineering metrics
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Angular and micro frontends, with hands-on experience in C# backend development and modern full-stack frameworks (React or Vue.js)
Extensive experience building and operating cloud-native applications on Azure (AWS or GCP experience also considered)
Practical expertise with containerized workloads, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK
In-depth knowledge of test automation practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) testing
Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and uphold engineering and InfoSec standards in a fast-paced environment
