Manage a book of business with approximately $800,000 in revenue, 60 clients, and 114 policies
Provide exceptional service to clients in the contractors and construction niche
Handle quoting for new and renewal business as required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the EPIC software system
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing medium to large construction accounts
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Proficiency in EPIC software
