Specialty Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Own the local commercial plan for assigned specialty areas and ensure strong operational delivery
Coach and support sales colleagues to improve customer engagement and drive measurable results
Ensure all activities follow ethical, legal, and regulatory standards and internal policies
Translate clinical and scientific information into clear, customer-focused materials in collaboration with medical colleagues
Identify new opportunities for growth and recommend actionable initiatives
Support launch readiness and implementation when new specialty initiatives are introduced

Required

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or specialty commercial roles, ideally in hospital or specialty care settings
Proven track record building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals
Strong commercial mindset with experience in territory planning and execution
Good analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to drive actions
This role will be on-site with field travel across the Philippines

Preferred

Experience working with hospital pharmacies, KOLs, or specialty clinics
Background in market access or reimbursement processes in the Philippines
Familiarity with multichannel customer engagement and digital tools
Experience in cross-functional project leadership
Strong presentation and training skills for field teams and stakeholders
Advanced degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or business
