Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles, from intake through offer and onboarding coordination
Partner directly with hiring managers and delivery leaders to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
Lead intake meetings to clarify role scope, timelines, compliance requirements, and candidate profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI sourcing tools, internal databases, and referral networks
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical skill sets
Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and cultural alignment
Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries, interview insights, and compensation recommendations
Manage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a high-touch, white-glove experience
Coordinate and streamline interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and next-step alignment
Partner with leadership on offer strategy, compensation alignment, and closing candidates in competitive markets
Maintain accurate and compliant records within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness (especially for government and regulated clients)
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratios, and pipeline health; provide regular reporting to leadership
Identify process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
Collaborate with sourcers, coordinators, and operations to ensure seamless hiring workflows
Represent PDG professionally with candidates, clients, and partners, strengthening our employer brand and market reputation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, supporting roles in IT, engineering, data, infrastructure, or product organizations
Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to drive hiring outcomes in fast-paced environments
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including Ceipal, Greenhouse, and/or Lever, with the ability to manage pipelines, reporting, and compliance documentation
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring timelines
Skilled in conducting in-depth phone and video screens, evaluating both technical competencies and cultural alignment
Strong understanding of recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline health, with the ability to use data to improve hiring performance
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting candidates and advising on hiring strategy
High attention to detail and strong documentation practices, especially in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., government, healthcare, financial services)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and virtual scheduling tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, sourcers, operations, and delivery teams
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
