Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of focused experience in business immigration
Substantial experience with I-9 compliance and government audits, including those conducted by the Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Justice (DOJ)
Demonstrated proficiency with nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and related classifications
Experience handling immigrant visa petitions and PERM labor certification applications
Strong client service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage cases efficiently in a high-volume environment
Advanced organizational, analytical, and legal writing skills
Preferred
Experience managing a large and diverse client base is strongly preferred
