Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to source data from multiple datasets
Identify new reporting opportunities and develop business-driven reports
Design and maintain reports and databases
Train end users on reporting tools and outputs
Document reporting process flows and methodologies
Analyze data to identify trends, connections, and issues impacting operational and financial controls
Support ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned
Collaborate closely with business teams to improve data collection and data quality
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large datasets
Intermediate to advanced Power BI experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data using business intelligence tools
Bachelor's degree required
1–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Preferred
Understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture
Experience with Excel uploads and structured datasets
Prior retail industry experience
