Responsibilities
Responsible for organizing and preparing meetings of clinical department and writing meeting minutes
Responsible for tracking the project expense reimbursement application and invoice of the clinical department
Responsible for administrative work related to clinical department, and provide support for team members to carry out clinical trials
Assist the clinical research team to prepare, process, issue, file and archive clinical research documents and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures. Assist in regularly checking research documents for accuracy and completeness
Assist the project manager to prepare, process and release clinical trial materials, and save tracking information when necessary
Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by line manager, project manager or other clinical team members
Qualification
Required
