Collaborate with business stakeholders and procurement management to determine sourcing category strategy

Develop project objectives, requirements, and sourcing strategy prior to supplier engagement

Lead sourcing processes such as RFx and sole source engagements

Serve as primary contact with suppliers during RFx, selection, and negotiation process

Lead supplier negotiations to achieve optimal savings, value, and risk profile

Implement sourcing strategy and contract drafting, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and legal requirements

Act as liaison between business owners, suppliers, and legal/risk teams during negotiations

Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies, federal regulations, and contract requirements

Consolidate requirements and determine the most suitable method of purchase

Manage supplier relationships, contract renewals, and resolve discrepancies

Maintain complete and accessible procurement documentation
