The Deputy Manager will assist the Project Manager in managing security operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and overseeing personnel and training.

Responsibilities

Administers internal control programs, as designated by the Project Manager, to facilitate the operational or administrative qualifications of the contract

Receives and executes, on behalf of the Project Manager, such technical directions as the client may issue within the terms and conditions of the contract

Monitoring and acting upon all attendance and disciplinary issues of Contractor’s personnel

Administer a driver safety/awareness program, including all related training

Prepare all weekly summary reports required for the operation, including but not limited to post incident reports and daily total guard hours

Conducts regular post checks at the various post locations. Must maintain valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Maintain all post orders in a central file and ensure posts have copies of these orders at all times

Conduct specialized security training required by the Manager

Establish performance measures for the service provided under this Contract and other means to ensure productivity and overall effectiveness

Attend daily briefings with the Manager and provide updates on all posts and communicate any issues, problems or concerns including the number of Agents on post and the number of relief Security Agents as required

Recommend enhancements to policy and procedures

Supervise the appropriate use of the Electronic Guard Tour Monitoring System (EGTMS). Monitor and prepare daily reports relating to EGTMS as directed by the Manager

Be available on call twenty-four (24) hours a day, to assist, and advise the Manager on the operations of the Contract hereunder

Dress in business attire at all times while on duty
