The candidate will be responsible for executing business process analysis, supporting agile development, and managing IT projects effectively.

Responsibilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous experience managing successful IT projects with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Able to execute business process analysis and translate into IT operational support policies and procedures
Software Testing experience (Automated or Manual)
Proficient in supporting agile development and project management tasks
Takes initiative
Ability to work independently
Azure DevOps for agile project management
Proficient in Microsoft Office O365 suite including Project, Excel, Teams, and Visio (scheduling, flowcharts, formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
SharePoint site administration
ServiceNow experience
Experience with Compliance tools (ie. RSAM, Xacta360, etc.)
