Responsibilities
Develop and communicate technology and data roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, driving and tracking execution to achieve desired outcomes
Engage with steering committees and tech/data leaders to share program health, drive outcomes, and manage program risks and dependencies
Formulate and execute contingency plans for critical issues, collaborating with technical and data partners
Lead the implementation of agile frameworks and continuous improvement processes to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation
Develop comprehensive test, cutover, and hypercare strategies in partnership with technical stakeholders to ensure program success
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to map strategy to execution and drive program outcomes
Strong leadership skills with a capacity to lead change and drive decision-making processes
Technical domain expertise in software development and program management
Preferred
Experience in similar tech-driven environments
