Immigration Attorney
The United Firm is a premier law firm focused on immigration law, seeking a dedicated EOIR Associate Attorney to join their team. The role involves representing clients in immigration courts and managing a caseload while collaborating with a network of qualified contract attorneys.

Responsibilities
Appear in immigration courts (e.g., master calendar hearings, bond hearings, removal/EOIR proceedings) or accompany clients to USCIS interviews
Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters (as needed) and/or participate in immigration-related hearings
Maintain full control of your schedule: you pick your appearances, when and where (within the city/region)
Prepare and review case documents, coordinate with the central team, update status post-appearance
Ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes back to the central team
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas)
Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews
Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff
Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits
Excellent writing and advocacy skills
Preferred
1+ year of immigration-law experience (court/agency)
Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
Familiarity with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews and immigration law updates
