Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of business opportunities and partnerships in support of the company's growth strategies
Establish strategic goals, objectives, and processes to build and maintain customer and partner relationships
Develop, manage, and optimize a pipeline of new business growth opportunities in the public and private sectors
Lead the business development and capture efforts while working closely with the company's product development, marketing, and executive teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Healthcare IT and Govt sales experience is must
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Experience in the Government contracting space
Experience managing client relationships and business development pipelines, as demonstrated by a strong track record of winning new opportunities and exceeding sales targets
A strong understanding of federal procurement processes and Government regulations is a plus
Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with partnering and marketing experience a plus
Adept at working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team or organization to establish and exceed sales objectives and targets
