The Senior Manager, Analytics Developer will lead business intelligence and data projects, transforming data into actionable intelligence and delivering insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain recurring reporting and data visualizations in Tableau
Leverage strong analytical skills to summarize and deliver business intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadership
Partner with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
Partner with centralized data and technology teams to enable and deploy BI solutions to production
Manage a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment on strategic priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau)
5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)
Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders

Preferred

Advanced degree or MBA
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment
5+ years of experience with statistical tools (R, SAS)
