Training Analyst
SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center. The role involves maintaining applications for computer-based training, conducting training analysis, and developing training curricula while evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities
Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material
End user training material development (traditional and video formats)
ILT course analysis
ILT course development
Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement
Web based training (traditional and video formats)
Monitoring and evaluate training programs as needed
Review and process timesheets
Complete weekly report
Disseminate monthly training schedule
Deliver ILT
Facilitate 11 and tailored mentoring sessions
Develop internal SOPs
Qualification
Required
Bachelors and six years or more of related experience. Additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of the degree
Must be willing to work effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced support role
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust
Preferred
Knowledge and experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Storyline 360
Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting CBT's into a learning management system
Ability to create, test, and review new and existing course materials for the development of Computer-Based Training (CBT)
Knowledge of Successive Approximation Model (SAM) training model
Ability to work under a tight deadline
Must possess excellent communication skills, be dependable, outgoing and positive with excellent problem solving skills
