Responsibilities

Assist Accounting Supervisor with verification of the accuracy and completeness of daily accounting activities at the plant

Assist Controller and Accounting Supervisor with internal control compliance and identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls

Assist Controller and Accounting Supervisor with month end accounting duties

Assist with process improvements and special projects

Maintain confidentiality of accounting and employee information

Communication of various benefits and payroll topics to our employees

Assist employees with benefits and payroll questions

Required

Bachelor's degree in business preferably with accounting major

Benefits and Payroll experience a plus

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with excellent interpersonal skills

Dedication to details and accuracy, with exceptional and proven verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
