Responsibilities
Manage the monthly AR portfolio and assist with the preparation of monthly financial reporting
Review and analyze customer payment history to determine credit standing and creditworthiness
Oversee a comprehensive review of outstanding receivables and initiate follow-through with collection accounts
Research and resolve account deductions including pricing errors, allowances, and over/under payments
Maintain timely and accurate records, customer communications, and account reconciliations
Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service personnel within the North American business units to identify root causes and resolve issues
Communicate directly with clients via phone and email regarding receivables, accounting, credit analysis, and B2B collections
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
At least 1 year of experience in B2B collections
Experience with mid to large ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred
Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
High School Diploma or GED required

Associate's degree preferred
