Start in 2026 SpringSavannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is a prime contractor for the US Department of Energy, responsible for managing the Savannah River Site’s Liquid Waste operations. They are seeking a Compensation Intern to provide support in data analysis, market benchmarking, and job evaluations while assisting the Compensation Department with various projects.

Responsibilities
Support Reward and Recognition program administration
Provide administrative and operational support to the Compensation team related to compensation processes and projects
Partner with Compensation team on ad-hoc analytical and project-based initiatives
Assist with compensation data analysis
Support job description updates and migration
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited four-year university, and currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar analytical discipline
Must have completed their Sophomore year
Must pass General Employment Training (GET)
Must pass Drug and Alcohol Testing (DAT)
A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Formulas, Data validation and formatting
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
Ability to create visualizations from data
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
