Responsibilities
Provide Quality Control services for the work of subordinates and subcontractors to ensure maximum efficiency, economy, and quality of work performed
Perform diagnostic and repairs on building systems
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety system repairs
Prepare work schedules
Maintain records and prepare required reports
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience 7-10 years in similar size facility and complexity
Able to pass a government background check
Universal CFC
Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of engineering and building systems
LEED building experience
Must have EMS background
Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines
Excellent customer service/verbal/written communication skills
Preferred
MD or DC license a plus
