Contractor - Customer Service - Participant Services
IMCS Group is a recruiting firm seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a growing client in the financial services sector. Customers call into our call center and speak to our customer service team
You’ll answer their questions about financial products and services
You’ll be much more than just part of a call center, you’ll be a technical subject matter expert (paid training provided) who helps retain and grow our customer base
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Desire and motivation to obtain Financial Licensing - Series 6/63 (Company Paid)
Outstanding positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
Keen attention to detail
Superior communication skills
Preferred
Prior customer service experience
Accounting/finance background
