Responsibilities
Prepare and process bank payment transactions in accordance with internal procedures and approval workflows
Monitor daily bank balances and reconcile bank accounts with the accounting system
Ensure accurate and timely posting of all banking transactions
Input and prepare tax declaration data such as VAT, CIT, PIT, and related statutory reports
Support the preparation and submission of tax reports to authorities
Provide documentation and support for tax audits and inspections
Record and review expenses to ensure proper classification and cost allocation
Validate accounting entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
Identify unusual transactions and coordinate correction before month-end closing
Assist in completing month-end and year-end closing activities according to internal checklists
Reconcile key general ledger accounts and ensure accurate balances
Prepare periodic financial reports and management reports as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in General Accounting or a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and tax regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to process and analyze large datasets
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with other departments
Preferred
Experience with SAP is strongly preferred
