Axiom Space is collaborating with Astrolab, Inc. to develop a Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV) for future Artemis missions. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for defining project requirements, coordinating project planning and execution, and managing technical and programmatic decisions throughout the project.

Responsibilities

Defining requirements and scope of projects
Coordinating project planning and execution from start to finish within the best practices of project management
Developing and managing project costs and schedules with appropriate stakeholders and leadership
Managing technical and programmatic decisions throughout the project
Performing additional job duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM from an accredited institution
5-10 years of experience with project engineering
Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software suites
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones
