The Senior Accountant will manage core accounting functions for the organization, assisting with the month end close and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.

Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist with the monthly financial close
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Review expense reports for compliance
Monitor AP aging and resolve vendor issues
Record cash receipts accurately and timely
Review client billing for accuracy and compliance with contracts
Monitor AR aging and assist with collections as needed
Review labor allocations and adjustments for accuracy
Analyze revenue trends and variances to support management decisions
Ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies
Assist with internal and external audits
Identify opportunities to streamline AP and AR processes
Implement best practices for financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
3+ years of accounting experience, including AP and AR responsibilities
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Experience in professional services or consulting industry preferred
