The role involves delivering executive-level updates, overseeing testing practices, and ensuring alignment across multiple internal groups.

Responsibilities
Provide oversight for IT Project Managers
Manage Elevance IT programs and ensure alignment with internal teams
Deliver executive-level reports and maintain stakeholder communication
Oversee SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing processes
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to manage large and complex IT programs in healthcare or insurance domains
Strong communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
Deep understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures
Familiarity with *** Innovations Platform (HIP), which handles the majority of Care Management work
Experience with *** Returns System (HRS) is acceptable
Experience interacting with Elevance systems such as the Clinical Data Platform data warehouse, Condition Identification and Stratification systems, Digital Enablement team, telephony systems, and Correspondence Center
Strong program management capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
Ability to work across large, complex organizational structures
Preferred
Familiarity with Elevance Care Management initiatives and associated systems
