Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for all software development components for a complex system through multiple phases
Provide hands on technical leadership across multiple custom software development and data and analytics teams
Meet with clients to determine the business need and design the appropriate technical solution
Leverage latest cloud first technologies and serverless architectures
Lead the full software development life cycle from scoping, analysis, design, implementation, and quality assurance to delivery and support
Design and implement multi-tier software using the latest technologies, such as Golang, Java, Angular and Python
Build CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Google Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, Secure Source Manager, Cloud Code
Collaborate with team members to develop and improve the software architecture, build and deployment processes, and the overall technical environment
Provide estimates and timelines for project tasks and manage scope to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field required
6 to 8 years of experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle solutions using an object-oriented programming language and relational databases
Experience leading solution architecture and development teams in a cloud based environment
Process oriented and able to develop team and development processes and controls
Strong experience with building end-to-end microservices based applications
Strong interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, prioritize requests, recommend solid technical solutions, and lead in delivering solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with a relentless attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts (SME)
Experience delivering in an Agile environment
