Required

Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Machining methods

Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering, including process optimization

Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and practices

Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts relevant to manufacturing

Prior experience working in precision machining/tight tolerance and/or CNC machining, aerospace manufacturing environments, GD&T, able to read & interpret engineering blueprints & customer specifications, required

Understanding of CAD/CAM software, using Mastercam controllers, required

Experience with CNC programming and operation, required

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced CNC precision manufacturing environments

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
