Responsibilities

Install new systems at customer sites and provide comprehensive training to end-users

Deliver world-class pre-sales and post-sales support, including equipment evaluations and technical presentations

Support the evaluation of new equipment and programming tools directly at customer locations

Act as a key technical contact, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert troubleshooting and support

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in programming or supporting AOI, SPI, AXI, or other vision inspection systems

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electronics or Computer Science preferred); significant applicable work experience will also be considered

Advanced PC skills and proficiency in AOI, SPI, and AXI system software

Knowledge of computer hardware, maintenance, and Windows operating systems

Advanced communication, reading, and writing skills

Comfortable in high-pressure, customer-facing environments
