Write clear and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
Analyze and clean up technical debt in a legacy Salesforce org
Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and working sessions with stakeholders
Design scalable Salesforce workflows and automation
Communicate effectively with business users and technology teams, ensuring clear alignment and follow-ups
Own documentation and tracking of requirements, decisions, and coordination with developers (agile methodology)
Ensure solutions respect platform limitations and best practices
Qualification
Required
Financial experience is a must have
3-7+ years Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) experience – Financial Service Cloud Experience Required
