Focuses on the technical execution of research projects
Provides knowledge in the areas of transportation planning, rail network analysis, business case development, and data visualization
Supports day-to-day operations of the Center and work alongside CAIT staff developing and managing programs with key clients such as NJ Transit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the Social Sciences (e.g., Economics, Planning, Sociology, Anthropology) or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and/or relevant experience
Excellent data analytics and data visualization skills
Good communication skills and computer literacy to include industry standard software
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally and effectively with external clients, Rutgers University staff, and Principal Investigators in a research environment
Preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Ability in written and oral communications, including researching, writing, editing, proofreading, and presenting
Familiarity/working knowledge of graphic applications such as CANVA and others
