Responsibilities
Knowledge on SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Workforce and LMS
Must be confident debugging and troubleshooting issues on a regular basis and being able to collaborate across functional workstream
Strong Project management skills and able to shuffle between tasks
Managing a team of at least 2-3 people
Handling tickets specially in a manage services environment
Creating and understanding functional and technical requirements
Working as a liaison between business users and developers
Proficient in English
Being able to identify areas of opportunity within the account to improve business processes
Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle
Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources and technologies
Qualification
