Posting rent payment
Accurately calculate tenant’s 30% of their gross income
Identify discrepancies in tenant ledgers
Assist with lease agreement and signing
Generate notification of overdue rent
Assist with eviction procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
One year of bookkeeping experience
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in databases
