Growth Marketing Manager
ComboCurve is an industry leading cloud-based software solution for A&D, reservoir management, and forecasting in the energy sector. They are looking for a driven, creative, and data-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead core marketing initiatives across HubSpot campaigns, social media, paid advertising, and events, while increasing brand awareness and supporting pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns using HubSpot
Build and manage HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards
Partner with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives and growth goals
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize based on data and insights
Own the company’s social media strategy and execution, with a primary focus on LinkedIn (organic and paid)
Develop and maintain a consistent content, posting, and advertising calendar
Create and publish engaging, on-brand content that balances technical thought leadership with accessible, creative storytelling
Manage paid social campaigns, including targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and performance reporting
Research competitors and industry trends to inform content strategy and experimentation
Test and explore additional platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok) as appropriate
Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roundtables
Own the full event lifecycle: strategy, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events support brand awareness and pipeline goals
Track event performance and ROI, including lead capture and post-event engagement
Regularly report on marketing performance across campaigns, social, and events
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders, including leadership
Use experimentation and testing to continuously improve results across channels
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign-focused roles
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in HubSpot
Proven experience running organic and paid social media campaigns, especially LinkedIn
Experience planning and executing marketing events (virtual and in-person)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and optimize accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred
Experience in energy, SaaS, or other technical industries is a plus but not required
