Responsibilities
Act as a PMO/BA lead supporting operational work streams within a complex transformation program
Document current state processes, data flows, and technology architecture
Collaborate closely with business-side PMOs and operational leads to ensure alignment across initiatives
Create high-impact presentation materials and dashboards to support executive decision-making
Manage meeting logistics, action items, and cross-team communication
Contribute to project planning, tracking, and governance documentation
Drive clarity and structure in ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in a PMO and/or Business Analyst role
Prior exposure to private fund investing, ideally with fund of funds experience
Strong experience in documentation, stakeholder communication, and project coordination
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and engage with diverse teams
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
